This Privacy Policy explains how Vuvopu ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data of visitors and users of our website and of participants in our Activity Program for Retirees. This document has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych).

Our website includes a contact/registration form through which visitors may request information about our Activity Program for Retirees or express interest in participating. Through this form we collect:

• Email address
• Telephone number

We use this data solely to:

• Respond to inquiries about the Activity Program for Retirees
• Register interested individuals for program activities
• Communicate practical details such as schedules, locations, or changes to planned activities

We do not use the form data for any purpose other than those listed above, and we do not use it for automated profiling or decision-making.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Your data may be shared only with:

• Staff members and instructors of Vuvopu directly involved in organizing the Activity Program for Retirees, on a need-to-know basis;
• Providers of hosting or email services that support the operation of our website and communications, acting as processors under a data processing agreement;
• Public authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable Polish or EU law.

Our website uses a single cookie, named cookie_choice_v1, which stores your consent preference for cookie-related choices. This cookie is retained for one year. We do not use any analytics cookies, tracking pixels, session cookies, or third-party marketing cookies. In particular, our website does not use Google Analytics, _ga, _gid, Yandex Metrica, VK tracking tools, or CSRF/session cookies.

Advertising measurement tools operate only after you have given your consent, and exclusively on the confirmation page shown after you submit the form. No advertising measurement takes place anywhere else on the site, and none takes place without your prior consent.
