These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Vuvopu and the booking of places on the Activity Program for Retirees offered through it. By using this website or placing an order, the visitor ("Client", "Participant") accepts these Terms in full. If the Client does not agree with any part of these Terms, they should refrain from using the website and services.
The services described on this website are provided by:
All correspondence, questions, complaints, and requests regarding personal data or contractual matters should be directed to the contact details above. Vuvopu operates under the laws of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and, where applicable, the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
Participation in the Activity Program for Retirees can be booked through the website, by email, or by telephone. An order is considered placed once the Client submits the required booking information, including the chosen program, preferred dates, and contact details.
Vuvopu confirms every order by sending a written confirmation to the email address provided by the Client. The contract between Vuvopu and the Client is concluded only upon receipt of this confirmation. Vuvopu reserves the right to decline a booking, for instance where a program is fully booked, where the requested date is unavailable, or where the information provided by the Client is incomplete or incorrect. In such cases, the Client will be informed without undue delay and no payment obligation will arise.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the contact details and any health-related information relevant to participation (e.g., mobility limitations) are accurate, so that the program can be organized appropriately.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at the time of booking confirmation is binding for that particular order.
Unless described otherwise for a specific program, the price includes participation in the scheduled activities and supervision by program staff. It does not include personal expenses, transport to and from the meeting point, or any items explicitly marked as optional.
Payment can be made using the methods indicated at checkout or as communicated by Vuvopu. Payment is due within the period stated in the order confirmation. Vuvopu reserves the right to adjust prices for future bookings; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
A consumer who concludes a contract remotely has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights, unless the service has already been fully performed with the consumer's explicit prior consent before the withdrawal period expires. To exercise this right, the Client must send a clear statement of withdrawal to [email protected] before the deadline.
Cancellations made after the withdrawal period, or cancellations of already-commenced programs, are handled on a case-by-case basis; the Client should contact Vuvopu as early as possible to discuss rescheduling or a partial refund where the program's structure allows it.
Complaints regarding the quality or conduct of a program should be submitted in writing to the email address above, within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Vuvopu will acknowledge receipt and respond within 30 days, providing a resolution, explanation, or, where justified, a refund or partial refund.
Vuvopu takes reasonable care in organizing and supervising the Activity Program for Retirees. However, Vuvopu's liability for damages arising from participation is limited to cases of intentional fault or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Polish law. Vuvopu is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, third-party actions, or pre-existing health conditions of participants that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law.

Advertising measurement, if the visitor consents, is activated only after such consent is given and operates solely on the order confirmation page.
For matters concerning the processing of personal data, the Client may contact Vuvopu at the email address above. If the Client considers that their data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) have been infringed, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the services offered by Vuvopu shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available under Polish law. Vuvopu reserves the right to amend these Terms; the version published on the website at the time of booking applies to that order.
